Return policy and order cancelation

  1. Cancellation and Return of Goods

1.1. Should you wish to cancel and/or amend your order you should contact your sales contact at store or Customer Services to discuss the same. This provision does not affect your other statutory rights as a consumer. The following Goods will not be returnable unless faulty:

1.1.1. Goods which are bespoke and handmade to your specification (please note that all of our Goods are bespoke and handmade to your specification unless they are clearly identified as stock items);

1.1.2. Goods which are ex-display;

1.1.3. Mattresses are delivered sealed in clear plastic wrapping to allow for inspection; once this is removed it is non-returnable; and

1.1.4. any Goods which cannot by their nature be disassembled once they have been partially assembled (such as flat pack coffee tables).

1.2. We will take reasonable steps to pack the Goods properly and to ensure that you receive your Goods in good condition. If the Goods are damaged as at the time of delivery, you must telephone Customer Services within 5 days of receipt providing full details of the damage.

1.3. If Goods are found to be damaged at the point of delivery and you comply with clause 18.1, we will make reasonable efforts to repair the Goods which may involve removing the Goods for a reasonable period of time. If the repair is unsuccessful we may at our discretion offer you a discounted rate for the Goods or will replace the Goods with new Goods of similar quality.

1.4. Should you wish to cancel your Order once you have received delivery of the Goods, you will not usually be able to unless you have a statutory right to do so because the Goods are faulty or not as described. You also have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the Goods. If you breach this duty, we may have a right of action against you.

1.5. A full or partial refund will be considered instead of a repair or replacement of the Goods if any of the following are true:

1.5.1. the cost of the repair or replacement is disproportionate to the value of the Goods;

1.5.2. a repair or replacement of the Goods is impossible or fails;

1.5.3. a repair or replacement of the Goods would cause you significant inconvenience; or

1.5.4. the repair would take an unreasonably long amount of time.

1.6. We shall process refunds due to you as soon as possible, and in any case, within 14 days of the day we confirmed to you that you were entitled to a refund. Where a refund is due, we will refund the price of the Goods in full and any applicable delivery charges (save for non-standard delivery charges). Where any refund is made due to Goods being damaged upon arrival or because you have a statutory right to a refund and the Goods are to be returned to us, we shall not charge you any collection charge for collecting the Goods from you.

1.7. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

1.8. We will not be responsible for any defect in the Goods arising from fair wear and tear, willful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, if you use the Goods in a way that we or the manufacturer do not recommend, your failure to follow our or the manufacturer’s instructions, or any alteration or repair you carry out without our prior written approval.

1.9. The Terms and Conditions apply to any repaired or replacement Goods we supply to you in the unlikely event that the original Goods are faulty or do not otherwise conform to the Contract.
