COMFORT MATTRESS
Comfort roll up foam mattress is made of high-density foam with an orthopaedic feel, therefore it will be a perfect choice for people with back problems. When pressure is relieved from the mattress, the air bubbles spring back into shape and the mattress regains its shape instantaneously, thanks to the highly durable properties of the material. Comfort roll up mattress provides a good level of comfort at a cost-effective price making it ideal for general use, as it offers a firm but comfortable option. With this mattress, you can expect a little extra bounce in the morning. When rolled it can easily fit into any car. Once rolled out the mattress expands to its original thickness without compromising the properties of the materials. It has a removable zip cover (machine washable) with anti-dust mite properties.

Delivery Information
Before placing an order, please ensure that the product will fit into your home. This is especially important for large items such as corner sofas, sofa beds, and wardrobes. Check access points including hallways, doorways, staircases, and ceiling heights. Also, make sure the area where the furniture will be placed is clear of any obstructions.
Delivery Schedule
Standard delivery takes place Monday to Friday, between 8am and 6pm. In some cases, Saturday or evening deliveries may be available for an additional fee. Sunday deliveries are unavailable, except during peak periods (e.g. Christmas).
If the product is in stock, we aim to deliver it as soon as possible. Typically, deliveries are completed within 1–4 weeks of receiving payment. Custom or made-to-order items may take more or less time. You will be informed of the estimated waiting time once your order is placed. A member of our team will contact you to arrange delivery by phone or email.

Delivery Costs & Options
Delivery charges are based on the distance from our warehouse. Please check our delivery zones and price list on the website or during checkout. Some items may carry specific delivery fees due to their size, weight, or promotional status.
- Standard delivery: 1-person, ground floor only. Customer assistance is required.
- Upstairs delivery: £5–£20 extra.
- 2-person delivery (zones 1–4): £20–£50 extra. No customer assistance required.
- Remote areas: Delivered via third-party couriers to the ground floor, main door, or on a pallet. Tracking details will be provided if applicable.
The website calculates only the standard delivery cost. If you need upstairs delivery or two-person delivery, these services are available at an additional cost, which will be discussed and added during contact with our customer service team after you place your order.
Delivery Terms
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address at the scheduled time. If you’re unable to be present, contact us at least 24 hours in advance on 0121 327 8259 or 0121 327 2892. Missed deliveries may incur a re-delivery fee.
Once delivery is completed, the customer becomes responsible for the goods. Inspect all items upon arrival and report any visible damage or issues to: [email protected].
All outstanding balances must be paid before delivery. If you are paying via finance, your signed finance agreement must be completed and received.
Assembly & Product Information
- Delivery does not include assembly.
- Flat-pack furniture is delivered in boxes for self-assembly.
- Sofas may require partial assembly.
- We offer assembly services for upholstered furniture (e.g. sofas) in the West Midlands area, subject to an additional charge. Please contact us in advance.
- We do not assemble flat-packed furniture.
- We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during delivery.
- Please note: product dimensions may vary by ±3 cm as all upholstered furniture is handmade.
Preparing for Delivery
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery path and room are safe and accessible. Delivery staff cannot remove their footwear, so please protect your floors in advance or request shoe covers. Children and pets should be secured in a safe area during delivery.
If your furniture cannot be delivered due to restricted access or sizing issues, we reserve the right to leave the item or return it to our warehouse. In such cases, full payment will still be required, and a 20% handling fee will apply. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
We do not remove old furniture.
Remote Area Surcharge
For deliveries to UK isles, the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and the following postcodes — PA (20–98), PH, AB, DD, IV, HS, KW, ZE, BT, IM, GY, JE, and PO (23–41) — please contact us for a delivery quote. Orders placed through the website may not reflect the correct delivery charge. Any additional costs will be confirmed before delivery.
We do not deliver to addresses outside of the UK.
