Please note:
The product needs to be assembled. Grill secured a two-layer painting – primer, and then thick paint to preserve the original colour. Grill painted as pictured. Requires self – assembly. BBQ needs to be assembled with the use of high-temperature sealant- available in our store for £14.95.

The charcoal tray is sent randomly – you might be receiving the concrete tray or the metal tray as shown on the pictures. There is no option to choose the one you prefer as it is manufacture production.

Small hairline cracks are considered normal while using Masonry BBQ, these are non-structural and won't affect the performance of the product. Please also be aware that it is normal for the hairline cracks to expand when the product is in use and contract once it cools down. Indeed, you can simply fill it and paint over it with provided paint kit.

It is strongly advisable to locate this item on a hard surface, such as decking, concrete. If the barbecue is mounted directly on the ground it might collapse or cracks may form.

We advise starting using item by making a small fire and keeping it for some time, allowing it to slowly get used to temperature. The fuel must then be ignited slowly and gradually. This way the components have all the time to expand and eliminate the absorbed moisture without sudden changes. Not doing so may cause the BBQ to crack in places as per thermal shock.


To connect pieces, we suggest using flame -proof silicone that you can purchase in our store.

Masonry BBQ in winter: Cracks may form on barbecues not covered with the cover. Indeed, the water may freeze and, by increasing its volume, it might create microcracks in the brickwork. Even if they are not visible, these small cracks will become much more visible when you fire up the barbecue for the first time, when the material will expand due to the heat. So it is important to always cover the barbecue in winter if it’s not under the shelter.

If you contact us in time, we will be able to rearrange your delivery date and avoid any additional costs for you, otherwise a standard delivery charge will be added to your balance.

Normal delivery times are between 10am - 6pm on Monday to Friday. However, occasionally we will be able to offer a Saturday, or evening delivery at a premium cost. There are no deliveries on Sunday apart from busy periods i.e. Christmas. If the ordered product is available we make every attempt to deliver it as soon as possible. However, we usually carry out orders within 2-4 weeks from the date of receiving payment. Please note that some orders may be delivered earlier or later than the above-mentioned period. You will be informed about the estimated order processing time when placing the order. Please remember it is only an estimate and is not a warranted time.

We agree on the delivery date by phone/e-mail with the customer. We determine the cost of delivery based on the distance of the delivery address (zone) from our warehouse - please check the price list and the postcodes of the delivery or make a quote on the checkout.

All furniture purchased from us will be delivered directly to your home. Standard delivery is 1 person, ground floor – upstairs delivery is extra (£5 - £20), 2 person delivery is an extra charge (£20- £50 - only to zone 1-4). Further postcodes may be delivered by courier companies - delivery to the main door of the building/ground floor.
Where a delivery date has been agreed with our carrier but the customer isn’t present to receive the delivery ( 1 man delivery option) we reserve the right to charge the customer a standard delivery charge will be added to your balance to cover part of the cost of the failed delivery.

Delivery costs do not include their assembly. The flatpack furniture is transported in packages for self-assembly; sofas for partial – assembly. We offer assembly service for upholstered furniture (sofas), however, please contact us in advance (option payable additionally). We cannot assemble any flat-packed furniture. We are not responsible for any damages that occurred during delivery. The actual dimensions of upholstered furniture may differ from those given on the website within +/- 3 cm as all are handmade

Before placing an order, please make sure that the product will fit into your home. This applies especially to orders for large corners and sofa beds, wardrobes (whether, for example, measure the halls, doorways, the height of the staircase ceiling in the house allows the furniture to be brought in). Please make sure that the area you want the furniture placed in is cleared of obstructions.
The customer is responsible for making the room of his choice as accessible for the delivery team as possible, as the delivery team will not be held accountable for any damages caused to the property. If the ordered piece of furniture will not fit into your home due to the product’s dimensions or lack of access, we have the right to leave it unloaded and demand full payment or Goods which we shall then take back to our premises and charge a handling fee of 20% of the value of the Goods. Delivery charge is not refundable. Unfortunately, we are not able to take away your old furniture.

After the item has been delivered the customer becomes responsible for delivered products. You have to examine all products upon receipt and inform us about any deficiencies or visible damages. Please inform aftersales department by sending an email to aftersales@cjcfurniture.co.uk.

Before we deliver your order, any outstanding balance must be paid to us in full, or if you have chosen to take out finance on your order with us, then we must have received your signed finance contract.
