DELIVERY POLICY

click on map to enlarge We deliver all over the UK area and delivery cost and method are based on distance as well as product weight and dimensions. If the ordered product is available we make every attempt to deliver it as soon as possible. However, we usually carry out orders within 2-4 weeks from the date of receiving payment. Please note that some orders may be delivered earlier or later than the above mentioned period.


You will be informed about the estimated order processing time when placing the order. Please remember it is only an estimated and is not a warranted, time. CJC Furniture will make every effort to deliver the goods within this time, but on rare occasions the manufacturer of your furniture may be delayed through circumstances beyond our control. If delay occurs, customer will be informed about it in advance.


Once your order is confirmed as ready for delivery, we will contact you to agree the most convenient and first available date, as we are unable to store your furniture for a longer period. If delivery date is not convenient, please contact the office at least 24 hours before delivery is due to arrange another date.





On the day of delivery, please make sure you do not have any other obligations and will be at delivery address. If a responsible adult is not available to receive and sign for the delivery or no one is present at delivery address, goods will be returned to the warehouse and you will have to contact our office to arrange another date and pay additional charges for unsuccessful delivery. If you decide to cancel an order instead of arranging another delivery, the fee for unsuccessful delivery will be deducted from reimbursement of products’ costs.


You have to make sure that property is easily accessible and that we will be able to deliver purchased goods. This includes access and parking area for large delivery trucks. If we are not able to deliver a product due to product’s dimensions or lack of access, the fee for unsuccessful delivery will be deducted from reimbursement of product’s costs.


Goods are delivered to the ground floor only. Please, inform the sales assistant confirming your order if you wish to have the products taken upstairs. Additional charges may apply.

In case of payment upon delivery the customer is asked to prepare the outstanding amount in cash, as drivers do not accept card payments.

Once payment is done, customer becomes responsible for purchased goods.


You have to examine all products upon delivery and inform us about any deficiencies or visible damages within 5 days from delivery. Please inform driver and he will make note in delivery document.

Damaged or defective products will be repaired by person sent by us, if possible.


Products remain CJC Furniture's property until the agreed price, together with other fees, is paid in full and the products are delivered to the address given.


Our delivery team is not permitted to and will not: remove doors, windows, doorframes etc. in order to complete the delivery. You must arrange this before delivery takes place. The delivery team will not remove their footwear during delivery. If you are concerned about possible damage to flooring, please make sure you that floor is properly secured.


Unfortunately, we are not able to collect your old furniture nor product packaging. To make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, the delivery team will ask you to sign for your furniture after it has been delivered.

Purchased goods can also be collected from our warehouse. Please note that appropriate vehicle is required. The team may advise you to come back with more adequate transport or to use delivery service offered by us. If customer wants to collect the goods nonetheless, CJC Furniture cannot be responsible for any damage that occurs during transport and may refuse to accept future complaints. Make sure that order you collect is in perfect condition as you will be asked to sign the document confirming it.
